Our Mission & Values
SNTMental Factory welcomes all occasions and song requests - your songs don't need to be faith-based or religious. However, our production style and creative approach are deeply rooted in Christian values and perspective.
We believe our Christian faith encompasses the full journey of life - all the experiences, emotions, and moments that make us human. This includes:

Your song can be about anything meaningful to you. Our commitment is to craft it with excellence, care, and values that honor the beautiful complexity of the human experience.
Content Policy
In alignment with our Christian values and commitment to family-friendly content, SNTMental Factory DOES NOT produce songs that contain:
- Offensive or explicit content
- Foul, vulgar, or profane language
- Discriminatory content based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Hateful, threatening, or violent messaging
- Content that promotes illegal activities
- Defamatory or libelous statements about individuals or organizations
- Content that contradicts or disrespects Christian values and family-friendly principles
Important: Requests that violate this policy will be rejected, and refunds may not be issued for content that clearly violates these terms. Our team reserves the right to decline any project that does not align with our values and mission.
Song Production Guidelines
- Song Length: All custom songs produced will be between 2-4 minutes in length, professionally mixed and mastered.
- Accuracy: We follow your prompts, story, and preferences as accurately as possible. The more clear, detailed, and specific your information, the better the final result.
- Creative Interpretation: While we strive for accuracy, our songwriters and producers may exercise creative freedom to ensure the song flows naturally, sounds professional, and aligns with our faith-based values.
- Production Style: Our production style reflects our Christian values - expect uplifting, positive content in all deliverables.
- Revisions: Revision allowances are based on your selected package and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
File Upload & Security
- All uploaded files are automatically scanned for viruses and malware.
- You must have the rights to any media you upload or link to.
- Uploaded files are used solely for creating your custom song and are not shared with third parties.
- We reserve the right to reject files that appear to contain inappropriate content or content that conflicts with our values.
Delivery & Timeline
- Song Only: 5 day turnaround
- Premium Tribute: 10 day turnaround
- Turnaround times begin after payment confirmation and final approval of request details.
- Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee (Premium package only).
Payment & Refunds
- Full payment is required before production begins.
- Refunds are not available once production has started, except in cases where we cannot fulfill the request due to content policy violations or technical limitations.
- If your request violates our content policy or conflicts with our faith-based values, you may receive a partial refund at our discretion.
Rights & Ownership
- Upon full payment, production of your song will commence.
- SNTMental Factory retains the right to showcase excerpts of completed work in our portfolio (with client permission).
Privacy & Data
Your personal information and project details are kept confidential. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Your stories, uploaded files, and custom song are yours alone.
By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You understand that SNTMental Factory specializes in family-friendly, faith-based content rooted in Christian values. You confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have the rights to any media uploaded.
Albums and Tracks purchased
All materials purchased are intended for personal use only. Unless otherwise stated it is not intended for commercial use, reselling, or public broadcasting. By purchasing any of our Albums and Tracks you agree to not redistribute or resell these.
You acknowledge that all products are copyright protected and any violations may be punishable by law.
By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have the rights to any media uploaded.
